Shrimp Crab Mold

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatin
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 6 ounces can crab meat drained
  • 1 small can shrimp drained and rinsed

Method
 

  1. Heat soup on low. Add gelatin that has been dissolved in 2 tablespoons cold water. Stir 1 minute until gelatin is dissolved. Let cool.
  2. Whip cream cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in soup mixture, crab, and shrimp. Pour into 8 cup mold.
  3. Refrigerate until set.
