Method
- Saute nuts in butter with parsley flakes until toasted. Place on top of cheese.
- Thaw pastry shells and roll out.
- Place Brie on top of pastry shell. Push edges up. Place remaining pastry shell on top, pushing edges down. Seal edges.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Decrease temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let set 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.

This recipe is from my mother-in-law. It’s a simple but nice appetizer.
